DIF (Individual Right to Training Provision)


Training for life-long personal development


A result of the 4 May 2004 Law concerning life-long professional training and social dialogue, the DIF aims to give each employee the possibility to build up a training credit of 20 hours per year, that can be accumulated over six years to a maximum of 120 hours.

Almost all of our training courses may therefore be taken in the DIF framework by employees having obtained part or all of their rights. Thanks to our range of training courses, we can be a partner for each employee in a skills development programme in various fields:

  • Technical training: CACES (Certificate Competency in Secure Driving), scaffolding...
  • Management training
  • Personal training: skills profiles, validation of experience

The employee can take advantage of this knew knowledge to progress within his own company or on the work market.
