For over twenty years, TECHMAN INDUSTRIE has brought together the experience gained in the fields of nuclear logistics, radiological protection and professional training.

To reply to the objectives of Electricité de France (EDF) aiming to globalise markets, TECHMAN INDUSTRIE has adopted an organisation that means it can position itself in this new context and propose all of its skills gained within the ONET Group in the relevant fields.

Since 2000, TECHMAN INDUSTRIE, has undertaken a profound change, particularly in reorganising its agencies to better fit the organisation of its prime contractors. TECHMAN INDUSTRIE has also implemented a centralised steering committee for nationwide projects within the PGAC (Integrated Services for Site Assistance) for the EDF.

TECHMAN INDUSTRE has also developed industrial skills and capacities:

• by reinforcing its know-how with the on-site presence of engineers and technicians,
• by emphasising skills development thanks to specific training programmes, targeted recruitment and internal promotion schemes,
• by supporting the other companies of the Onet Technologies Division through partnerships meaning we can enlarge the range of services provided.
